Throughout her career, Karen Simon has established herself as a seasoned and skilled professional in the commercial real estate industry. Her expertise spans a wide range of property types, including office, retail, and land, as well as both leasing and sales transactions.

Over the course of her career, Karen has executed over 2000 transactions, representing thousands of acres and six million square feet of property. The Beginning

Karen’s career took off in 1982 when she joined Henry S. Miller, which was the largest real estate firm in Texas at the time. Despite being a woman in a male-dominated industry, she became the first female broker to be named the highest industrial producer in the Dallas Fort Worth area before leaving the company six years later. Karen’s passion and determination have been the driving forces behind her success in every role she has taken on. From 2003 to 2014, she served as the managing partner of Bradford Company and built the entity board for the organization in Tarrant County, opening that location before moving to a similar position at TIG, another industrial and office group. Karen now leads Emersons Commercial Real Estate with the same drive, skills, and expertise as it continues to expand. In addition to her real estate expertise, Karen is also a talented custom jewelry designer and the owner of Rings from Things. She has been serving third-party customers since 2011 and has even done trunk shows with Neiman Marcus.
